1. Meet with Marquez on Primeval Island, he will tell you about the Elroki tribe and send you a quest to help heal one of its elders.
2. You will have to travel to the other side of the island to meet with Orahochin, who will teleport you in to their village. The safest way to do this is to SM to him since everything on the island is agro and social. Be wary of the T-rex and Pterosaurs since they both can see through SM and will agro you when SM'ed (so keep a safe distance).
3. Once you teleport in to the village, meet with Mushika who will then tell you to speak with his son, Asamah which is right next to him.
4. Asamah will tell you more about the various people in the tribe and have you see Karakawei who can help you with the item to cure his father. Karakawei is right outside of the hut.
5. Karakawei sends you on an egg hunt.
6. The Egg is a little difficult to find since it's kind of hidding inside of some foliage, so the best thin to do is just follow that quest pointer that appears overhead. Once again, keep up SM and be wary of the T-rex and Pterosaurs.
7. Once you've retrieved the egg, bring it back to Asamah, you will get 71,318 adena as a reward and this will also unlock additional quests on the island.
