1) This quest starts in the Dwarven Village in the Elder Council with Gray Pillar Member Filaur. He asks you to bring 20 bandages, 5 Energy Stones and 10 "skeleton keys" which are just Key of Thief. You can get these at the Grocery store nearby, it cost me 15,590 to do so.
Filaur then sends you to Railroad Worker Obi in the Plunderous Plains, which if you go to Schuttgart he's right at that port spot, or you should be able to walk down there.
2) Obi gives you a choice of Adena or Materials. Neither choice will take the stuff you bought earlier. Picking Materials gives you 1,650 Soulshots D grade, and Adena gives you 16,500 adena. Assuming you walked everywhere that nets you a whole 910 adena. If you sell the bandages/stones/keys since they are worthless to you for the most part as a dwarf, you can probably recover 5,000 more. All in all a really dumb quest. Non repeatable.
