To begin this quest you must complete the "The Ocean of Distant Stars" quest, in Plunderous Plains region.
1) Find the Ghost of a Railroad Engineer.
2) Speak to the Ghost of a Railroad Engineer.
The Ghost of a Railroad Engineer will ask you to retrieve Dream Fragments from these mobs
The mobs are just next to the Ghost of a Railroad Engineer
3) Hunt as many mobs you can and retrieve Dream Fragments
4) Go back to The Ghost of a Railroad Engineer and trade your Dream Fragments for misc items.
